Meridiem provides high-quality fund diligence and analysis on a consulting basis, across primary and secondary fund commitments, plus optional LP aggregation.

We serve high-net-worth principals, UHNW principals, and family offices, particularly international clients, who want exposure to top US venture managers but lack the in-house expertise on fund diligence, access, or infrastructure to get there alone.

We have managed a multimillion dollar venture portfolio of top-tier, established and emerging venture funds, and direct venture investments. We have evaluated fund and co-invest positions, secondary interests, and project-managed LP subscriptions and reporting.

Why fund-level

We focus on fund commitments and LP interests, not individual company deals or co-invests. For HNW and UHNW principals building a venture allocation, fund-level exposure is how institutional investors access the asset class. Our work helps you evaluate the manager, understand the portfolio, and participate at a scale that makes sense for your situation.

Aggregating principals into a single LP commitment is a natural extension of our work and relationships when individual minimums are out of reach.
